For work to begin we will require signed acceptance of this bid and receipt of the down payment (see below). Due to an massive response to Google’s new mobile requirements, we have a very busy work load at the moment, and will not be able to begin your project until likely the beginning or middle of September. We apologize, but this delay cannot be avoided. If our work schedule lets up, then of course your project could take less time to begin, but we want to give you realistic timelines. We recommend that if you are interested in proceeding that you let us know as soon as you can, and get yourself in the work queue. If however you need some time to consider your options, our schedule and workload will change. Please call our offices if you would like a more up-to-date estimate on our availability to begin work on this project.
