Feature/User content admin

This functionality is best achieved through the use of a premium plugin called PressPermit. This plugin must be purchased and obtained separately, and the cost for this plugin will NOT be included in this estimate. The fee listed here is for the configuration of the plugin, and the setup of the users with their specific access controls. Once setup, the admin console allows admins to decide what pages in the site that users can admin, and what pages they can’t. When users login to the admin console, they will be able to update their profile and access the pages in the site that they have been granted permission to administer, and nothing more.
