Other/Meetings & Communication

This fee is to cover the time necessary to meet on the phone or in person to communicate about the design, and discuss changes or alterations. This fee also covers any housekeeping needs, including email, other written communication, and office time and expenses related to this project. We will require time to discuss requirements, come up with strategies, and to collaborate on all aspects of the design and development of this project; Further, we estimate needing time, after the site is presented for approval, for us to review the whole site and to discuss any final changes or alteration. Note: additional meeting time beyond this estimate will be negotiated and billed separately.
